About Cheré

I’ve spent 30 years in associations and nonprofits. I’m a second-generation association professional — my dad was an association executive, too.

 

I didn’t set out to follow in his footsteps, but my first association role turned into a career I’ve never wanted to leave.

 

I help complex organizations find their focus, align their people, and grow with purpose.

 

From REALTORS® to actuaries, I’ve led through mergers and acquisitions, rebrands, DEI strategy, and more than one digital revolution. I understand board dynamics. I respect governance. I know how member value translates into revenue — and how quickly momentum stalls when alignment breaks down.

 

I’ve seen what works and what quietly erodes trust. I build clarity where things feel tangled and momentum where things feel stuck.
